Payments
- • Payment terms will be specified in the proposal or contract for each service.
- • Payments are required in full or as per a structured payment plan outlined in your service agreement.
- • Non-payment or late payment may result in delays, suspension, or termination of services.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is strictly enforced. Once services have been initiated or completed, no refunds will be
provided, except in the following cases:
- • Cancellation Before Work Starts: Full refund issued if the project is canceled before work begins,
minus any transaction fees.
- • Partial Refunds: If significant work has not been completed, you may be eligible for a partial refund
based on the progress made.
- • Non-Refundable Fees: Deposits, domain purchases, third-party software, and tools are non-refundable.
- • No Refunds After Delivery: Once project deliverables (logos, websites, mobile apps, WordPress sites,
e-commerce platforms, or software maintenance) are completed and approved, no refunds will be granted.
Revisions and Changes
- • A limited number of revisions are included in your service package, as outlined in your contract.
Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- • Any changes to the original project scope or requests for additional features may result in extra fees
and may affect the timeline for delivery.
Communications and Message Terms
- • By providing your contact information or submitting any form on our website, you consent to receive
communications from The Marvel Design Experts, including emails, phone calls, and SMS messages.
- • Communications may include project updates, order confirmations, billing alerts, appointment
reminders, or follow-ups related to your inquiry.
- • Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our team. Message and data rates may

- • Upon full payment, ownership of completed websites, logos, mobile apps, e-commerce platforms,
WordPress sites, and related materials will be transferred to the client, including all source code,
graphics, and content created by us.
- • We retain the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

third parties except as necessary to provide our services, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Termination of Services
- • The Marvel Design Experts reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches these Terms
and Conditions or the contract.
- • No refunds will be issued for services terminated due to client breach.
